MEET ME

I’m Felicia.

A dedicated social worker, childbirth educator, and lactation consultant. Above all, I am a mother of two boys, deeply passionate about supporting families throughout pregnancy, birth, and their breastfeeding journey. My passion for this work began during my first pregnancy when I realized how little I knew about labor and delivery. At the time, I was already working in Maternal and Child Health but wanted to expand my expertise. That journey led me to the Lamaze Childbirth Educator program, where I became certified after completing the course and passing the exam.

The experience reshaped my understanding of the care I wanted for myself and my baby. After several years of teaching childbirth education, I discovered my calling in lactation support. It is a privilege to assist families in providing their infants with their first food. Through my experience in both community and hospital settings, I have seen firsthand that every breastfeeding journey is unique. While the media often portrays breastfeeding as effortless, the reality can be challenging. That’s why I am committed to ensuring families receive compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to their individual needs.

My goal is for every family to feel seen, heard, and supported during our time together. I take the time to listen to your challenges and work alongside you to overcome them—one step at a time. At LaLue Baby Lactation, I provide personalized, one-on-one support to help you navigate your breastfeeding journey with confidence. I cherish the relationships I build with the families I serve and am committed to offering ongoing care for as long as needed.
